Riopelle often performed as "13," the frontman for the notorious Impotent Sea Snakes, a consortium of odd characters whose music was laced with profanity, dark humor, accompanied with outrageous costumes and stunts.

I guess this is sad, then I think about the jackboot thugs in his employ, the terrible sound people, the general rudeness and all around displeasure of many masquerade experiences, and how not a thing was done to change any of it. R.I.P.
