This thread is great. Gonna add my two cents:
Hell Awaits is not a death metal record, Show No Mercy is amazing.
Valkyrie disliking is in fact immediate cred killing
Dimmu Burger is horse shit and was a Cradle of Filth thunder stealer (let the hate commence but that was the most epic shit on earth in 1999, Dimmu even lured their drummer away)
Helloween sucks

Also Dark Medivel Times and Nemesis Devina is enough to over shadow the black n roll records, but Volcano is amazing and black crow on a tombstone is amazing.
Gonna go on record also saying that although I respect the first two maiden records I really don't give the slightest fuck about Paul Di'anno and if it was up to me posting his dick licking love comments would be illegal, and i'm not even drunk

Good metal sounds good even at a low volume. (Currently listening to Celtic Frost at a low volume as not to disturb sleeping wife and kids.) I'm currently on my third shot of Jager.
Celtic Frost is much more entertaining than three hours of Jimmy Fallon, but try convincing the wife of that fact, eh?
You know, there was a time when I used to not like Celtic Frost. It was back in the 1980's about when "To Mega Therion" came out (to which I'm now listening). I couldn't get past Tom's grunting at the beginning of every song.
But, they've grown on me in the last ten years or so. I was really glad to have seen them open for Type O Negative at the Masq in the mid-00's. After the show I went up to Mr. Warrior/Fischer and said, "Das was sehr schon." (How the fuck do you make an umlaut on this fucking keyboard?) He said, "danke."
