I've never been a huge fan of Motörhead, but Lemmy was an icon and the world is a poorer place with his absence. That guy walked the walk until the end.

Saw them once at Ozzfest. They were on the second stage and just blew everyone else away, so fucking loud...

never got to see them either.

everytime they came I was either broke or they were the next state away (and broke) or I wasn't living in Atlanta anymore and they played nowhere close to me.
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

His funeral will be streamed live 6:00-7:30 EST on Motorhead's official youtube channel. I think a few of us might get together and watch over whiskey and cokes.

apparently they served 150 jack n cokes at the highlander last night. i think i had 5.

I got bored with the book about Motorhead: Beer Drinkers and Hell Raisers because it was all about doing speed and more speed. It should be called Those Guys Who Did a Lot of Speed.
