recording

Post by sleigher » Wed January 31st, 2018, 10:30 pm

I have a small 16 track analog (old school reel to reel Tascam 85-16b) + many track digital studio setup. Can do either based on preference. (or a mix of both) I like analog...

I am currently recording my music but am curious if there are any small bands out there looking to do a demo. I would be willing to donate my time for the experience and you get a demo out of the deal.

PM me if interested.

I don't have a band, but that's a cool piece of equipment. Where did you find it? Have you used it much?

It is very cool piece. I have used the same model over the years recording my old band, this one I have been getting acquainted with. Had the heads redone and made sure they are good. Thing is solid. Although they were built like boat anchors. So far recording with is is going very well.

A buddy of mines uncle had a studio and he retired. My buddy got it and I bought it from him.

I got a Tascam BR-20 as well. Also a very nice piece.
