i had the new minsk (stolen from the internet, of course) and i just couldnt get into it...
but then i read the review for the new rwake on metalreview and gave THEM a chance and checked out their myspace and really liked what i heard so i got both of their recent albums (if you walk before you crawl..., and voices of omens)...i didnt stop listening to those 2 albums for days, just about.

Show was good.
When I got there, the opening band (Damnesia, I think) were playing their last few songs. They sounded pretty shitty. They had a TV playing something on the front of the stage, but I was more concerned with sitting at the bar and drinking.
Minsk took forever to set up, so their set was cut short. They were ok, but a little too spacey for me. Probably would have liked it more with some doobage.
Rwake took a while to set up, too, so they cut 2 songs from their set (I looked at their set list), they played 3 songs from the new one. Wish they played a full set, but oh well.
Zoroaster played last and delivered the usual. Loud and heavy.
