well, i've threatened to kill soundmen for that. the sonic crustboom sucks no matter where you are at.....but it doesn't make the venue suck. usually just means that the soundman hit a wrong button or the actual bass rig itself might have been taking a dump.
And also,You have never heard my band nor do I care if you ever do.
correct, i haven't heard your band and i was just being sarcastic anyway. i'd love to hear your band. i'm all about atlanta metal.......no matter if the bandmembers are jackasses on the metal boards.

and ..nah Im just kidding,TSU is alright. its not like I lisen to them or anything though.kinda mediocre,No offence or anything buddy.

  :P  :o
oh well, can't please'em all

I think theres a perpetual Sand-In-The-Young-Vagina Syndrome going on. Or the dreaded I-Have-A-InsecurityComplex-Issue-And-Must-Try-To-Appear-Like-I-Have-Clue Disease.

I know alot of people on here didn't like Gravewurm but the sound guy did fuck up alot during their set. It wasn't as bad for Nachtmystium though.

as a side note - The sound at the Tabernacle is probably the best I've ever heard. I was at the top the last time I was there and the sound was just as loud and clear as if I was standing on the floor.
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

Yep, it was.....maybe better than some places on the floor, especially close to the stage or on the far sides.

Best place for a show in town might be Center Stage, all things considered. I just wish more metal shows came there, aside from ProgPower, of course.

Hell, just the fact that it has a curtain realllly rules. Plus, it has a big stage, the floor area plus sloped seating behind, a big backstage area (really important for a multi-band festival), a big outside lobby for hanging out away from the show....just awesome.
