Megadeth - Tabernacle 4/20

It's gonna be somewhat packed I think. Should be a good show regardless of what happens, rain or shine too. As long as Megadeth doesn't play anything after like '92, I'll be good

megadeth was pretty good, played like 3/4 old shit, and were playing shit perfect. i got there to see high on fire and they sounded really good the rest of the bands until megadeth were awful, saw some people from the boards...will, brian, tom, and pat. i think thats it

High on Fire kicked ass, was at a Megadeth meet and greet during JFAC, Bodom was cool when they played old stuff, In Flames played 2 good songs (but fucking Morphing Into Primal was one of them!) and Megadeth kicked so much ass I can't even describe it.

I have to agree that it was a pretty dull stretch between High On Fire and Megadeth. It was definitely worth the wait, though. Good seeing some die-hard familiar faces, too.

I wasn't expecting a lot out of Megadeth but they were really entertaining. Something else that was entertaining was when two little boys who were rocking during Bodom went to sleep during In Flames.

This show was great! High on Fire was awesome, I was talking to some people during JFAC, Bodom was ok...they've been better I think, In Flames played some good songs, some bad and Megadeth was great!

The only people I saw from here is Will and Tommy. I saw others too but I don't think they're on here.

@Matt - Will said he saw ya, I kept an eye out so I could say hello but there were too many people!

What sucks for me is that I was so drunk I don't remember what Megadeth played...all I know is they were good! I started feeling the drunkeness during In Flames...went in the pit, got a nasty bruise on my knee and then crowd surfed.

After I left, I went to the bus stop and the crackheads even noticed I was fucked up! They were just asking if I was ok. ...I puked at the marta station on the escalator. Yeah work sucked this morning! At least I still went!

megadeth played a ton of old stuff, i remember there set but all i had was 2 beers the whole day, i couldnt afford to get drunk there, $5 coors light draft in like some tiny ass probably less than 12oz cup....highlight songs for me were wake up dead, peace sells, hangar 18, tornado of souls, in my darkest hour, and several others, good time overall..... masq even jacked up parking in the lot to $10 from usual $5.... total rip off all everything there...

Megadeth was awesome. They played every song I could want to hear except Killing is my business. They even played Mechanix in the middle of Holy Wars as the encore. That was awesome.
Brian forgot to mention Dave was a huge dick at the meet and greet.
High on Fire was pretty good. They sounded better at the Earl.
Job for a cowboy was lame. Children of Bodom was pretty awesome.
In Flames was awful. I shouldn't have listened to The Jester Race earlier that day.

The best thing I saw at this show was a man emerging from a tipped-over port-o-potty covered in (what I assume to be ) shit, who then procedes to piss ON the port-o-potty.

The worst thing I saw at this show was my wallet after I realized I had spent all my money on overpriced beer.
