I'm planning on getting up at like 6....then waking my friends up for an hour until maybe 7am....then get ready and leave around 7:45 or 8 and getting some food and get there at like 9 am or so.

Just to be safe.
you call that safe?! i may be over preparing here but like i have said before...i plan on staying at my friend's condo not even a mile from the masquerade the night before and then driving up there every other hour starting around 1 or 2 in the morning. if there is a shitload of people there really early, then ill just have to suffer and wait in line. if not, then ill just continue chilling at my friend's house.

word.

and once again, you people are invited to come hang out at my friend's place. there will already be a few people there drinking. its off ralph mcgill.

If it was me, I'd be there by 7 am. But my friends are lazy and won't get up and I could see us not getting there until 9. That's the only reason I'm saying 9. Haha.

I'm sending my old lady and three of her friends...I told her to get there by 10am. We'll see how that goes!

Has that schedule ever been posted officially at Scion's page for this?

I've got the same listing, but from other sites where it 'leaked out.'

If Scion's cars are made as well as their website for this fest, I think I'll stick to Ford.

Gotta feel sorry for Tyr, Suidakra and Alestorm....they originally booked the 28th at the Masquerade for their tour, and then this thing lands on top of it, squashing them like bugs and relegating them to play in Purgatory....aka, Stage #3. :x

That's the thing...no one really knows what time to get there!

But don't you think your experience might be kinda shitty if you try attending an all-day music festival on ZERO sleep?

yeah, i know. im going to be hella tired. but i have pulled all nighters before and then done shit the next day. as long as there is something exciting going down (like tons of awesome fucking metal bands playing) then im sure i can stay awake. that and alcohol.

Brilliance. But it is a long-ass hike from any of the train stations, yes?

Fuckin A I found out I'm on Tyr's list so I'm pretty sure that means I'm guaranteed entry to the show no matter what time I get there!

I'll probably still show up early though to party in line

I think the closest rail station is north ave. I walked from the old gsu dorms on north ave (like 5 minutes from the marta) to the masquerade to see mastodon a few years ago, its like a 25 minute walk. i bet the bus stops much closer.
