SadRit's about the closest thing to Kreator I can think of around here.whiskeyagone wrote:Cool, they are pretty sweet. I'll have to check out a show. I'm looking for some bands around here with vocals kind of like Destruction or Kreator. Anything like that?

Yeah, not reeeeally anything along the lines of the Germans.
Doomed Youth is also well worth checking out for pretty straight up thrash... and if you like your thrash mixed with death metal etc. check out Spewtilator and Mangled.
Sybaritic would also be worth a look, though they rarely (if ever?) play shows.

SPEWTILATOR - Badass motherfuckin' street cops with nothing to lose who don't play by the rules and are out for blood.

Sybaritic was pretty cool but i wouldn't really consider them "thrash." especially if he's looking more for the teutonic styled thrash.
I honestly don't know of too many bands who play straight up thrash metal in GA. Lots of great death/punk influenced ones i guess but nothing really like Kreator. I've had people say i sound like Mille a bit, but then riff-wise i wouldn't really compare us to Kreator either. Probably as close as you'll get to that style in GA as of now though.
But i do highly suggest checking out the bands Ryan posted regardless
