EXODUS
BENEDICTION (UK) - Exclusive US show!
IHSAHN (Norway) - Exclusive US show!
INIQUITY (Denmark) - Exclusive US show!
GLORIOR BELLI - Exclusive US show!

Stay tuned for an announcement in September that will include additional headliners for next year's fest, including the headliner for the Thursday show.

Lol Exodus is going to stand out.

yes he was. I didn't get to see him play but I did get to see Emperor in NYC back in 2006. Fuckin awesome!

I've seen Exodus a few times...fun stuff.

This MDF is looking to be really fucking good so far!
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

never been to mdf before, does anyone have any insight to this fest? do's, donts, costs etc?

Ishahn has never been to PPUSA. I've never even heard of Ishahn.

also, get a hotel close the the venue. Or stay at the hostel (it's also close) Bring cash because there is so much awesome merch there.

When it comes to drinking, I pick one day when I allow myself to get annihilated...I'll drink on the other days but if I'm wasted for all of them, I'll wind up missing bands. A few of us can say they've done that (and regreted it cause they missed a fucking awesome band :lol:) In one instance, one dude on here wasn't even allowed back in the fest because he was so drunk! Also, sneak in your own booze or drink outside the fest...they charge alot for drinks. Also, you're allowed to go in and out as you please. :)

A Albert: back of my PPUSA XII tee says Sanctuary, Ihsahn, Mob Rules, Eldritch, Voyager, Darkwater, Creation's End, Therion, Forbidden, Labyrinth, Red Circuit, While Heaven Wept, and Haken. No Ishahn. Maybe you're thinking of the band that did that show with Turasis?

very cool! thanks for the input, definatly going to make the trek up there for this especially with the line up looking this good already. and 150 for a 4 day pass rules pretty hard. anybody make that drive before?
