If $199 is the Early-Bird special, I wonder what the full price will be?? And it looks like they're doing multiple venues again.

Early-Bird tickets will go on sale August 7 at 3pm EST. Cost will be $199 and these tickets will be good for all days/bands/venues. This is a special offer, only 150 will be sold! General Admission tickets for all 4 individual days as well as multi-day ticket packages will go on sale sometime in October, after the full line-up has been announced, so don't panic if you miss out on the early-bird special!

Jeebus, it's barely 4:00.

I would love to see Emperor again. Saw them 7 years ago in NYC. Yeah, it wouldn't surprise me if they headlined considering Ihsahn was at MDF this year.

Unleashed is one of those bands I never got to see, so I'm pretty damn excited. It's like when Obituary played that one year...never saw them til then.

Stoooooked on today's announcement. I've decided that I'm going to go next year afterall... does anyone know how much are general admission tickets are? Wish I'd gotten in on that early-bird special, but I wanted to see what the lineup was going to start looking like first, since I wasn't blown away by last years'.

Already thinking about transportation... for the folks who went last year, how did you get there? I only went when I lived in RI, so a train was quick enough and cheap. Obv don't have that option now, which sucks.

I think the 4days were roughly $180 for the one venue. They've gone up since years past slightly, but they also had a 2nd venue which cost even more money. I'd say budget for $225 at the absolute most since I don't know what their venue set up is going to be like.
