Nice. Glad I checked. I saw the discount just today and was about to jump on it.

I got my missing ticket sorted out, woot. If anyone is doing a road trip to San Antonio hit me up. We can use the best car. I can drive, pay for my share of gas, clean up my own mess, and I can provide a place to stay along the way to Texas or back home if we get too tired.

isn't it like a 15 hour drive? That sounds like hell haha I've driven 9 hours straight by myself but any more I'd definitely need another person to drive! (or a place to stay)

i drove my little brother-in-law back home to arkansas the weekend before last which is between 10 1/2 and 12 hours... i don't mind long drives though. i used to drive up to Ft. Wayne, IN to visit my folks when they lived up there with just me and my dog.

what's funny about the arkansas trip was that i forgot to bring shoes so i was barefoot the entire time and had to pee in the woods at rest stops because i couldn't go inside anywhere.

Agreed, long road trips are very relaxing. I can drive 9 hours by myself no problem (even though it's boring). I have a place to crash after 9 hours of driving but that's just going to be a waste of time and money, if I do it by myself.

Probably flying because of work constraints. I'd rather drive if I had the time.

haha i always drive barefoot on long trips and had loaded up the car that morning and intended to toss my flip flops in but in the rush to leave and saying goodbye to my wife and daughter i forgot to grab them... didn't realize it until we stopped for gas in mississippi. my wife has been calling me Ryan Flintstone lately :D

hahaha that's funny! Would they not let you in or did you just not want to walk in the bathroom?

I drove back from Tallahassee barefoot...5.5 hours and no, I didn't forget my shoes, I just didn't want to wear them.

I don't mind long drives either but after 9 or so hours, someone else needs to take the wheel cause that's too damn long! I've been on plenty of road trips...we drove to and from Connecticut alot when I was younger (I was too young to drive then) and as long as I have snacks, I'm set!

I didn't even try to go in cuz I didn't want to deal with it but i definitely wasn't setting foot into a gas station bathroom barefoot!

Yep I love downloading a bunch of new albums and driving to Florida alone for 8 hours, listening to music and relaxing. One of my favorite things to do.

8-9 hours is fine...try driving any longer by yourself and you'll probably want to nap or something (I don't know how truck drivers or Tommy can do it lol!)

@Ryan- don't blame you for not wanting to go in barefoot! Hahaha you'd probably get syphillis just for taking one step on the floor
