nachtmystium was great!

and i have to say that 1349 was pretty badass from the third song on. i've only heard their newest album and i'm not much into it but after that show i'll have to check the rest of their material out.

goatwhore was pretty damn heavy and sounded spot on.

nachtmystium bored the living shit out of me. i also personally cant stand blake so that may have had something to do with it. Hell's never seen BM of the lvl of badassness as 1349 brought last night..... so deaf.

I was kind of dissapointed by 1349's set, but Nachtmystium and Goatwhore were great. Legions of Astaroth and Averse Sefira both kicked some serious ass.

1349 absolutely killed. I think Hellfire is a cut above all their previous albums, but it was good to hear a few early songs. Goatwhore was cool for the tenth time. I had never seen Nachtmystium or Averse Sefira before. Unfortunately, I missed Legion of Astaroth. Very cool show.

Legions of Astaroth was awesome! John really knows how to play that bass! Averse Sefira were an interesting band...interesting sound and interesting makeup...but good none the less. Nachtmystium totally fucking blew me away! I've never heard them before and holy mother fuck they were awesome! I bought one of their albums last night. Goatwhore was heavy as hell like usual so I wasn't dissappointed...I am a little deaf now though!

@Blaze - I agree with you that 1349's set was great from the 3rd song on! The first 2 were okay though. Their show was badass anyways!

Blake, the vocalist/guitarist from Nachtmystium, owns Battle Kommand Records. Definitely check out some more Nachtmystium stuff as well as stuff from his label because pretty much everything Battle Kommand puts out is fantastic. I was so tempted to pick up that Leviathan vinyl they had at their merch table but I didn't have the money.

Aww man Nachtmystium is cool. In fact, I would say they're much less boring than a lot of BM out there. But yeah, great show.
