Really and truly, the Earl is the loudest venue I have been to in Atlanta. I haven't made it yet to Lenny's or the Drunken Unicorn, so I can't say it is the loudest, but damn. I'll be bringing earplugs.

Cool, this tour is hitting up the Caledonia Lounge in Athens the night before too. I'll just go to that.

I never been there for a show...went once but wasn't 21 yet so I didn't get in lol. I listened from the back porch...it sounded pretty damn loud!

both Lennys and DU are also loud...I think the loudest show I ever went to was System of a Down when I was 15...my ears rang for 5 days straight. No other show has ever done that since!
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

If you're talking about the same SOAD show, I know what you mean.

I walked out of the arena and turned left and my friends turned right and were screaming my name since I was going the wrong way but my ears were ringing so I literally couldn't hear them.

I know, finally a good show in Athens! Hopefully I can go to both the Caledonia and Earl shows since I couldn't see the 3 bands at Scion (for bullshit reasons)

I tried listening to the Krallice album again today. It just doesn't work for me. That is all.

Yeah, I'll probably hit up both. Also, Athens gets some good shows quite often.

Athens hasn't had a good show since Satan's Host/Drawn & Quartered last May, unless I missed something (Mastadon doesn't count!)

The caledonia is a great place to see a metal show. I just moved up to athens in January and as far as small hole in the wall venues go, this one has a decent sound system and what not. Stage is high up so bands make a great presence there. I have seen Subrig Destroyer there twice and It was wild both times. Id love to catch this tour there, Ill most likely see it in athens at the caledonia and in atlanta at the earl if the nights are back to back.

Great bill for this tour by the way.

Good to know, I've never been to Caledonia. Also good to know I'm not the only metalhead in this shitty town.

I don't find this town shitty, but I live here, love metal, and will be at this show.
Fuck it, Dude, let's go bowling.
