I'm thinking road trip dude. Despite the fact that I'm an old fuck I have never seen Maiden live.
Fuck yeah bro, let's fucking go. I am going to take a day or two off work so I can go see some monuments while I'm in D.C., have you been to D.C.?

I was in D.C. last summer and I loved it. I actually just talked with my mother and I better off taking a road trip there too. Maybe I could hitch a ride with one of you guys. I can help with gas and and I can help drive. I have always wanted to see Iron Maiden live and I'm NOT going to miss this one.
Let's go man, me you and Tommy. Sean is Kquvien going? Maybe we could all take a car.
Kquvien is going. She loves Maiden. We can all drive up in her SUV.

Ratanda,

Thanks for reposting with dates.

Also, off thread, but Pestilence is touring later this year, but no Atlanta date. Closest date is Chattanooga. Touring with Warbringer, Vital Remains and others.

That's actually in Clarkston, Michigan. It happens to be the place that I saw Maiden, way back in the day. It would be a pretty easy flight into Detroit Metro or, much cheaper, into Flint on Airtran. I know that place as Pine Knob. It is a little smaller than Lakewood Amphitheatre or Hi-Fi Buys or whatever it is called.

Good memories, of that place.

Tommy and I spoke earlier, it's looking like D.C. for us. Bummer it's a Tuesday.

I love Maiden but this kinda pisses me off.

I drove 12 hours to see them last time. It was totally worth it. Absolutely. But 2 full US tours in a row without an Atlanta date? Seriously...what the fuck?!?!
Let the joyous celebrations of Hell begin!

Okay, some of these sponsorship deals are just getting silly.

Wed 09 - Dallas, TX - Superpages.com Center
ummm....sure to be a big hit with Congress......
Mon 14 - Denver, CO - Comfort Dental Amphitheatre
This venue is clearly an oxymoron, plain and simple.
Thu 17 - Phoenix, AZ - Cricket Wireless Pavilion
"Well, it was the quietest show on the whole tour! It was so soft, we could hear..... Well, yeah."
Sun 20 - Concord, CA - Sleep Train Pavilion
"The show was going well until the engineer fell asleep and ran the train into the parking lot...."
Sat 26 - Edmonton, AB - Rexall Place
Bonus: quicker access to drugzz.....
Sat 03 - Toronto, ON - Molson Amphitheatre
NOW we're talkin'! In Canada, too. Who'd'a thunk it?
Tue 20 - Washington D.C. - Jiffy Lube Live
This performance will be part concert, part burlesque review.
