Allow me to clarify this gentleman's statement. In other words, there are many factors which plays into his decision to attend a 'concert' including said English rock band, including (but not limited to):

- timeframe (a night show which does not immediately precede a mandatory, early-AM appearance at his place of employment would be most opportune and in the larger sense, ideal)

- other acts (his decision will likely factor the relative appeal of supporting performers on the same bill; a favorable attendance decision may, at least, in part, depend on the strength of the supporting acts to be booked in tandem with Le Orange Goblin; a bill consisting of several already-seen or subjectively-graded as "unpleasant" acts could affect Mr. Badcarburetor's ultimate decision to attend)

- cost (admittedly, to a lesser degree than the above-stated points; if the date/time of the show and relative strength of the supporting acts "X" reaches a threshold which is equal to or greater than the monetary amount Mr. B is willing to invest "Y", barring unforeseen obligations, there is a strong likelihood of attendance on his part which can be illustrated in the formula if 'X'>'Y' then Mr. bC=1 (where "1" equals imminent concert attendance)
