I believe I saw them open for Mayhem in Spartenburg. They're morbid angel inspired with a drum machine.

no wait I'm wrong. It was when I saw Destroyer 666 play outside Charlotte.

Is Grave first? What time do you think they'll go on?

Unfortunately, I missed half of Grave. And, they didn't have any patches. Hope they come again soon.

Went outside for Dark Funeral. Heaven is a challenging room acoustically for that sort of black metal. They'd probably be better in Hell. (No pun intended). Met a Bulgarian.

SV -- you were right. Azagthoth is show in and of himself.

Highlander afterwards. Mmm. Tater Tots.

Solid show. Haven't had that much fun at Masq in a good while. So glad to see Grave back as a 4 piece. And I think Morbid Angel successfully quelled any recent doubts.

David Vincent's oompa-loompa sing along invitations were a little much. But they were otherwise pretty damn ferocious.

I recognized a lot of faces outside, during their set. Only a select few, however, were being "way too drunk."
