Asrynth wrote:The caledonia is a great place to see a metal show. I just moved up to athens in January and as far as small hole in the wall venues go, this one has a decent sound system and what not. Stage is high up so bands make a great presence there. I have seen Subrig Destroyer there twice and It was wild both times. Id love to catch this tour there, Ill most likely see it in athens at the caledonia and in atlanta at the earl if the nights are back to back.

Great bill for this tour by the way.
Good to know, I've never been to Caledonia. Also good to know I'm not the only metalhead in this shitty town.
I don't find this town shitty, but I live here, love metal, and will be at this show.
Okay, its just me who thinks this way then.

This show, at the Earl, is Tuesday. I'm 95% certain that I'm going to be able to make this one.

The Earl's site says 8:30, and I'll assume that's doors rather than show time. Weekday shows are hard for me to do these days. Hopefully it doesn't go too late (But it probably will).

GUH!!

I'm stuck at home, because of I've got water seeping up through my front yard and a loss of pressure in the house. And, my friend is at the Earl and just told me that East Atlanta has lost power.

The power was out in the whole EAV for like 3 hours. For some reason the only building that had power was a gay and lesbian bar. But either way I left and didnt come back in time.

So, the power was still out at 10:00 -- what time did the show start? Did everyone play shortened sets? Didn't they wrap up around midnight?

The power came back on about 10:15. No setlist appeared to be shortened. The last note was played right before 2:00 AM.
