holy shit... disfigurement. amazing. abyssus killed it as well and inquisition was awesome.
my only suggestion would be to start putting all the bands on stage and mic the bass drums. the difference soundwise from abysuss to disfigurement and inquisition was significant and i think it's only fair that all the bands get that option. i've only been to two shows here but at both of them there was a huge difference soundwise between the bands on the floor and on the stage.

The bands always have the option to play on the stage. It was Abyssus'
decision to play the floor...when they asked me if they should play on the floor or the stage, i said "whatever you're comfortable with-the stage is all yours if you want it" in fact we kinda prefer that bands play the stage, its there, so why not make use of it.
thanks for the constructive criticism, the show was bad ass. I was really happy with the turn out - about 62 people.
Inquisition was extremely happy to have the show booked, they were really impressed with the archive, how nice it was and how well everything came together last minute. they were well taken care of $$ wise -pleasantly surprised with the amount they received to get them to TX. So thank you everyone for being supportive and awesome. They will be back soon.

ah i figured it was just because of inquisitions drum set being up there. makes sense though. i still think the floor bands should mic the drums just because it's such a big room. but that aside awesome show!AtlMel wrote:

Absolutely. What was that guitar he was playing? I didn't recognize the logo on the headstock.Brian wrote: Dagon is a fucking riff-master.
The sound really was killer last night.
Great sets all around. Thanks to everyone who made it happen.
Where is Obituary playing in February?
An how late did Inquisition play? We had to jump at about midnight and they still seemed to be going strong.

Julian told me someone in Disfigurement told them to set up on the ground.SadisticRitual wrote:ah i figured it was just because of inquisitions drum set being up there. makes sense though. i still think the floor bands should mic the drums just because it's such a big room. but that aside awesome show!AtlMel wrote:
