4/20 - MIDNIGHT w/ Shitfucker & Mangled @ The EARL

I say Shitfucker stole the show. I mean, yeah they have the whole sex gimmick thing going on and the singer was wearing a leather spiked thong, but what really matters to me is the music, and the Sucks Cocks In Hell record is god damn amazing. Some of the best Venom inspired black metal shitty fuckin' punk I have ever heard. It's the nastiest sounding shit ever. That paired with how fucking great they sounded solidified them as one of my favorite new bands. Midnight was great, but Shitfucker was definitely the climax for me. The guitarist looked like Rafay's long lost brother (and even played the same guitar) and the singer reminded me of Ryan. I told Ryan today that the energy and intensity reminded me my days playing for Spewtilator, but with ten times the Venom influence.
