Dark Funeral: Still No Atlanta. :(

Post by kfoll » Fri October 20th, 2006, 8:12 am

Well, hopefully there will be new dates added. THey're playing with Enslaved and Abigail Williams. Maybe if we all spammed Candlelight's inbox with requests, they'll get on the ball.

Well I'm cooking up some plans with a couple other people I know to go to the Tampa show.. wanna come? :) We're going to share a hotel and gas expense; tickets being only $15 should help.

i was at that show. during dark funeral these frat boys kept hitting me from behind. i turned around and grabbed one of them by the throat and my brother grabbed the other guy. then we tossed them into the swirling black hole of satanic mexicans and to this day those frat boys have never been seen or heard from again.

This tour might have problems. They recently got back from Peru where there was a massive riot, and the Peruvian government seized all their equipment. Last I heard the equipment was still in limbo somehwere in customs. The reason the riot broke out was one of htem got sick eating the food there and they tried to cancel the show, but those crazy Peruvians were having none of that. They wanted their Dark Funeral, so they rioted until they got 'em... I think there was a last-minue substitution or something. What is it with Latin countries and black metal anyway? It seems all those countries get way more into it than we do here.
