Ministry and Meshuggah
Well, I've screwed the pooch on this one. A buddy of mine is turning 40 this week and would really like to see this show. Apparently, it sold out.
Any ideas on where I might be able to get tickets, other than outrageously priced scalped tickets the day of?

Dude -- that would be freakin' fantastic. My buddy will be contacting you through here, by private message, I guess. He uses the logon name of "Raretodd."
Thanks so much and all hails to the Hessian community, coming through in the pinch!
And I wouldn't mind going to the show myself, so if anyone else has any ideas on where to pick up another ticket... I saw Ministry years ago, on the tour for the Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste tour. It was ... quite an experience and I would like to see Al one last time.

They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

I live in Chamblee. I can take marta down there.

Brian wrote:Good show, had to leave 2 songs into Ministry because they didn't even go on until 11 and I needed to do WREKage (here now). Meshuggah fucking killed and Hemlock just might be the worst band I've ever seen.
This show kicked my ass. The last time I saw Ministry was in 1994 on the Lolapalooza tour. The giant puppet of George Bush Sr. on stage back then would never have fit on Masq's tiny coffee table stage.
Though I did enjoy the chicken wire, a' la Blues Brothers, last night. I could have done without the Stones cover at the end though.
And NO PRONG SONGS! Tommy Victor on guitar and NO PRONG?????
No Prong tunes?
