@_@ crazy, i'll be up there in two weeks, supposed to go hobnob with the mayor of canton and some fam or some such ridiculousness.

The show should be excellent, just stoked to see Vader again.

fucking Psycroptic!

the new Aborted sucks shit but they'll be cool live. The new Cryptopsy makes the new Aborted look like Seventh Son of a Seventh Son but I'll still give them a chance since I've never seen them. I'm excited for most of the other bands too except for Whitechapel, Born of Osiris, and Despised Icon.

I saw Cryptopsy's setlist for the 6/28 show of this tour, and it was only 5 songs. The song selection wasn't bad though: Something new (Demon something), We Bleed, Cold Hate Warm Blood, Slit Your Guts and Phobophile.

I'm sure Vader's set will be just as short, and if you saw their incredible headlining show back in December, this whole show is just not worth it.

And people still care about Kataklysm??

Was good to meet MS_39455, although there were way too many mofos up there, couldn't move without bumping into someone. Wish the sets were a little longer or something, but Aborted ,Psycroptic & Vader were damn good. I really wasn't feeling Cryptopsy, which was the first time in seeing them about 5 times. Their new Canadian phil anselmo singer, just doesn't really seem to fit with the music. Forgettable set. Psycroptic had some excellent shirts so I picked up the one with the mechanized soldier looking guy. All in all a good time!

I thought the new Kataklysm sucked, but I think each album tehy make is progressively shittier. didn't stay for em O_O

Hahaha. I agree. I fucking missed Psycroptic so I would almost say that the night was a total waste minus the Vader set.

I left work early and I still missed Psycroptic. Aborted was pretty cool. I wasn't digging those new songs much. Despite the whole Cryptopsy debacle, I enjoyed their set well enough. I will admit though that this was actually the first time I've gotten to see them live.

Vader, of course, absolutely blew everything else out of the water. I never get tired of those guys. I've seen 'em three other times, always playing to weak turnouts. Regardless of what bands so many people were there to see, I was glad that they finally were able to play to a decent crowd (quantity over quality this time).

Good to finally meet necrodin and see a bunch of you other die hards. This was a lot of fun.

ya short set lists aside, majority-high school crowd aside, i still had a good deal of fun. friends date got the boot cause alcohol somehow found her way to her underaged gulllet, talked shit to the prick security/staff guy, smoked alot of ganj on the deck, uhhhhhhh good times all around!

btw MS has an excellent goatee, fear it!

100% agreed

Vader kicked ass, Cryptopsy was actually really good, Kataklysm was decent, Aborted sucked, Psycroptic was amazing, and Black Dahlia Murder was pretty cool. The rest isn't worth mentioning. The crowd was filled with scenesters so that kind of sucked, although watching this 11 year old kid hardcore dance in the pit during Whitechapel was pretty funny.

I enjoyed Aborted man, i just wish they'd played more and the sound was a bit better. They seemed pretty rushed. I was just excited to see em, been listenin to em from the get go. Was hoping to hear Nailed THrough Her Cunt.

I like their tunes except for the most recent disc and about half of the last one, they just didn't do it for me live. My favorite part of their set was when they said "we'll be back in September with Carcass."
