They've started announcing bands, looks like I already have a reason to try to go -- fucking Asphyx! Immolation is cool too and I like Today is the Day. I haven't really listened to either Antigama or Flesh Parade. Any good?

Antigama's alright, sort of electronic influenced grind.

Yeah I'm listening to them now. It's not really my thing.
I really hope that Martin and Paul from Asphyx pull double duty at the fest and Hail of Bullets is booked. That disc is solid!

Repulsion is supposed to play too since they had to cancel this year. I was just talking to my boyfriend about how we should go next year! Immolation is always good!

They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

About how much money did the trip cost you this year, at least as far as transportation/hotel costs go?

I managed to get roundtrip airfare for about $240 and I stayed in a hostel for $25 a night. Then there was the 3 day ticket...I spent about $500 including all this and food. But I bought everything one by one over the course of 6 months so it wasn't like I took a huge hit or anything. You know, buy a plane ticket one week, maybe 3 weeks later buy the other one and so on. But I will say that this money was well spent! I had such a great time there!
...and don't do what Matt did and take a bus there!

Well, looks like I got a second chance to see Flesh Parade! My main regret for not going this year.

Don't get too excited yet because you never know who's going to cancel.
