Finally I can see them after missing the Angelcorpse tour!

Playing with Book of Black Earth...never heard of them.

Edit: looks like Withered is on this too. Cool.

Book of Black Earth was the core of Teen Cthulu. Their LP, 'Ride The Blade,' was/is awesome.

Holy crap, you guys have to be on drugs. WATAIN was one of the most amazing shows I saw all last year. But, if you're not really into black metal, I guess I could understand.

It was one hell of an experience for me and I can't wait to do it again almost 30 times in a row!!

Well, I can't argue with taste. I was simply enamoured at their show. Granted, I've been a fan for a long time so it probably helped to know all the tunes (which they replicated excellently). Probably the best BM band I've ever seen live. Even compared to the stuff I see on youtube of other bands that never come over.

I am a big sucker for most swedish extreme metal. For me, Watain adapted black metal in the same way Entombed or Dismember adapted death metal in the 90's. They added hooky riffs and melody without sacrificing heavy-ness or the impact of their music. Much like Necrophobic does as well. The Swedes do it best.

Thought I should also mention:

Tickets from us are $15. Cheaper than at the door or ticket master. I can accept paypal.

I'll even mail these to you for free if you are not able to pick them up.
