you could arrive later so you don't have to sit through the opening band!The_Sideburns wrote:Really? Lol it seems fairly easy, I really dislike the opening band and Arsis/Misery Index is worth sitting through them to see. The Faceless aren't anything really special either.
@Ryan - no clue
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???
Arsis didn't play
Misery Index was fucking awesome!!
The Faceless sounded good but my god their show is boring. The merch dude was cool as hell though...he was telling me about the tour with Cynic. Apparently Paul Masvidal is really into psychedelics and came up with the name "Traced in Air" because while tripping on DMT, he heard a ghost whisper those words into his ear lol.
Tony Danza was kind of lame.

They played maybe 40 minutes or so. Good set though. It actually got a little bit rough for a minute toward the end with a decent little scrap in the pit that got half a dozen dudes thrown out for the night. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing our pal Mr. ScreamBloodyGore teach some manners to an overly excited patron that eventually got tossed out the door. I thought the Faceless sounded pretty good, too. I like them a little more each time I see them.ratanda wrote:How long was Misery Index's set?

Some guy in the pit was going nuts, slingin' folks around by grabbing at their clothing and poor Ryan, just standing and watching the show, got his shirt ripped big time, but not without seriously hurling the dude across the pit a few times. He showed some serious restraint by not just turnin' the dude's lights out. Nonetheless, I sure wouldn't want to have him barreling across the floor at me like that! The same guy got thrown out shortly thereafter with some others after taking a swing at someone else...maybe six or seven dudes rolling in the floor with random cheap shots from bystanders. Cheers, dude! I hate you got your shirt ripped, but I got a real kick out of seeing you go after that guy.Metalfreak wrote:elaborate please!MS_39455 wrote: I thoroughly enjoyed seeing our pal Mr. ScreamBloodyGore teach some manners to an overly excited patron that eventually got tossed out the door.
seems like people got rowdy at this show
