Great show last night. Good to see so many folks turn out for this one. I don't think I even saw that many accross the street later at the Unicorn for the Early Man/Let the Night Roar show. Sound was good, bands were spot on...good solid show.

I have to agree. And Tommy, you should have stuck for Xeroderma. They were really good...especially for such a new band.

Yeah, I thought so too when I saw them at Lenny's a few weeks ago...really enjoyed it. They even did a old Dimmu Borgir cover. I skipped out a little early to catch Let the Night Roar (they ended going on a bit early and I missed all but the last few notes of their set anyway). I think Xeroderma's got another show later this month at Little Tree. Not sure who else is on it yet.

It's actually really heard for me to make it out to a lot of shows for a number of reasons...especially on weeknights. The stars just aligned for me on this one.

The stars aligned for me also, but only -- sadly -- to let me catch Xeroderma's set...I was kinda hoping to see Axial again, since they were great up at Sweetwater Bar y Grill a few weeks ago.

Yep, much better than at the aforementioned Sweetwater show, I thought. Good sound and a surprisingly big crowd for a weeknight, localz-only show.

I had fun "potting them down" during their cover of "Refuse/Resist." It's an automatic reaction, based on years of censoring the song at WREKage on the fly. "......What is this--" Reach out, drag the slider down on the control board....

I hung out for a while downstairs in Purgatory on the back deck and was surprised at how many people I know were there. 8)
