it was pretty cool. honestly i was not familiar with their music at all when i went but some friends of mine dragged me along and i had an okay time. i was just in shock at how shitty the place was but it was cool at the same time b/c you could do anything there (as far as drugs and booze go).

not to mention the two chicks with kids.... that was a first for me. one chick had a baby in a stroller and the other chick had a 3 or 4 year old. it was just too...."punk rock" for me.

I wanted to check out Weekend Nachos but some last minute shit came up that day. I'd say the PS Warehouse is a few steps down on the "fancy" scale from the 513 (theres no stage), but that's part of the charm.

hahahaha wow, that's crazy! I've seen kids at shows but never that young. My dad wouldn't even bring me to a Rolling Stones show he went to when I was 9! (No, he was't wasted lol, he had a few others and my oldest brother who was about 12 with him.)
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

The warehouse rules. All kinds of shows and no losers. All shows should be there. People live there and pay all the bills so we can have shows for free and no have to deal with assholes at other venues. Its exactly what people have been wanting so support that place.

No stage and pa coming soon.

that's like the International Artist Guild. That place was cool as fuck! They even had a nice sitting area outside. I knew someone who lived there until it was torn down. I remember Hallow's Eve played there the night before Halloween in like 2004 or some shit.

Now that you say this, it really makes me want to check it out because of the IAG.

I'll definitely be at this show.

And yes the warehouse is an awesome venue. Its definitely my favorite place to see a show. Of course big bands like Nile and shit won't play there but for a local show there definitely no place better. Live music can only be fully enjoyed when the person watching has complete range of how fucked up they want to get. Fuck places that are constantly watching your every move and no re-entry (masq!). If you haven't gone there yet then get your ass there. A better PA would kick a lot of ass but its DIY so hey, at least now I'll never have to go to swayzes again.
