Sticky Thread for shows

Post by Sean » Tue June 8th, 2010, 5:23 pm

is there any way we can create a sticky thread for all the shows? one that can be edited by all members?

why would you want that? each show should have its own thread. not one stickied thread for all the shows.

I think it would be cool to have a thread for each individual shows like normal, plus a thread with all the shows (kinda like the 585 show thread) in case an old thread gets buried to the bottom and nobody bumps it and nobody ever sees it again and forgets about the show.

Just a suggestion though.

www.wrekage.org/events.php

Paul and I try to keep it updated as often as possible (Evan too!) but it's impossible to have everything. Most everything posted on this forum is on there though.

but bands who don't promote their shows here don't get added...because I don't know about them.

I think that this board serves its purpose well. This is basically a place where all members can be involved by posting and/or bumping shows they are interested in.....in essence the entire board is a sticky thread that can be edited by all members.

If I want to inform wrekage about an upcoming show that's not on the events list, who do I e-mail?

And I'm at pellaz1 at comcast dot net.

This goes for any show not listed that we might have missed....it's actually harder to see the upcoming shows on the Masquerade's "improved" website now, f'rinstance.
