I was asked to do this by good friend of mine who books a lot of tours and is reliable, so the show will happen. I'll be out of town so I wont be able to be there, but the show will be good.

As for Archive, I know, but I think that place has great potential and can be a spot for us to have shows for a long time to come.

I was left with the impression before I moved here that the archive was really taking off until I heard about a few problems here and there. I didn't think it was bad beside the parking and sound, which isn't anything to really complain about in Atlanta.

The wonderroot seems to be getting popular. It's hot as hell but at least there is more room to park. Plus there's nothing better than a sweaty basement show.

Really? I've had multiple shows cancelled there, and some of my friends bands shows got cancelled there also for some seriously BS reasons. I know there are definitely people refusing to go there. I thought it had great potential, but I'm pretty skeptical after some of the stuff thats happened.

Hmm, I only knew of one show getting canceled because of them.

I know that there are a lot of things the owners dont really understand, but I think it could be a great place. Maybe not for real small shows, but for a bigger place like mjq or hell in the masq.

I can think of 2 shows that were cancelled so the person that runs the shows could go on vacation. One of the shows had been booked there 3 months in advance. I thought it had great potential as well but I'm not going to book somewhere that will pull that shit.

i know 4 cancelled shows right off the bat... anyone who has a show booked there needs to stay on top of that place....
