So it's basically a cover band with the old members of Death?

Chuck's family has organized these dates and are donating the proceeds to the foundation they set up after his death to assist musicians with health insurance coverage that he didn't have to cover treatment for conditions such as the ones that lead to his death.

So, as you toss around words like "scam," understand that his family and foundation are doing their best to raise money through his music and memory by the best means that have at their disposal.

Come or don't come. Participate or don't. But please do not denigrate their efforts in memory of their son and the musical movement he helped to create.

When approached, we gladly agreed to participate and donate. I feel honored that we are one of the cities and venues they asked to host the tour.

this.
Fuck it, I was way too young to even know what Death was when Chuck passed. This is a monumental occasion for me and plenty of others to not only see something I never thought I would but to also help out a good cause. I don't know about you guys but I'm fucking pumped for this show.
