Post by Kaganator » Fri May 25th, 2012, 5:15 pm

Death might consider cancelling the show in Atlanta due to lack of ticket sales.

And if the tickets werent so ludicrously fucking overpriced for this mockery i dont think it would be a problem. So expensive i literally havent thought about this shit once since it was announced

I understand theyre wanting to help other people, but the tickets are seriously so fucking expensive for what is playing, to me its beyond ridiculous.

I would like to see some Death songs played live, but defininitely not for $30. I can see Iron Maiden for that.

Realistically though for the amount of musicians that are going to be playing, to take them away from other projects and bands and get them here to play $30 is not that crazy. Hell GWAR is normally close to that! And to get to hear these classic songs played as close as possible to the real thing is going to be epic, especially for those who never got to see Death.

Regarding Maiden, you can see them from hundreds of yards away for $30ish or see Death songs up close and personal for less. Or work a few extra hours and support metal by doing both

The shows were also announced a couple weeks later and haven't gotten nearly as much publicity as the initial tour announcement, wtf do they expect?
