CONVERGE, Darkest Hour, The Red Chord, Municipal Waste, + 1

The +1 is my new band that im singing for, Crocodile Lockdown, it just wouldnt fit in the tiitle.

November 12th at the Masq $12 ADV and $15 at the door. Thats a weird mix of bands but Converge is fucking good. My first show ever singing in a hardcore band will be a packed out show playing some American Nightmare covers. So if youre of the few people here that like hardcore come out, well I guess a lot of metal guys like Darkest Hour, so yeah, come out, sing along if you want, and just have fun.

How fucking weird...I figured we'd get Ringworm since they're from Cleveland...

Ringworm is one of the gayest bands ever. and the ugliest greasiest homo erotic tough guy hardcore faggots. i never liked that GAY fucking band even when i was into quite a bit of hardcore. Atleast municipal waste has dave witte. I actually like municipal waste quite a bit. i would go to this show.

yeah i know im just playin! i just havent ever liked ringworm. i saw them in like 2001 and in like 2003 and both times they were like the ugliest, greasiest, worst live band ever, especially the vocals. but municipal waste is good shit!

I've never seen them live, but I have wanted to.

I've never seen any Dave Witte band live, either, so I'm sure that will be quite a treat!

i think ringworm has some of the funniest vocals ever. i always smile when i hear them. i can't vouch for the live show, but i enjoy the stuff i've heard.

I dont get why Darkest Hour and The Red Chord are playing. Ringworm would be a better fit than those two bands. I dont mind Ringworm. I have The Promise from them but its not that great and thats all Ive ever heard from them.

At least The Red Chord is from Boston and they're in the more chaotic vein, but I'm with you on the Darkest Hour thing.

I seriously haven't liked them since So Sedated, So Secure...

its more like why is ringworm and municipal waste playing. those are the out of place bands. Converge, The Red Chord, and Darkest Hour all go together pretty well. All of them are metalcore, Municipal waste and ringworm are the bands that are actually real hardcore.
