Good. Couldn't make it the December date. Can't wait to see them play "Temples of Ice" in its entirety.

That was a great show. I never saw them back in the day, but I saw Venom a couple of years back at MDF and, I have to say, I enjoyed last night's show more.

So many classics:
One Thousand Days in Sodom
Schizoid
In Nomine Satanas
Die Hard
Live Like an Angel (Die Like a Devil)
Welcome to Hell
Witching Hour
Buried Alive/Raise the Dead
Black Metal
Countess Bathory
Don't Burn the Witch
Warhead

Plus some others. Fantastic set.

I kinda feel that way, too. Last night's set was fantastic. Having Sleep dick around for two hours at MDF that year and then the city of Baltimore pulling the plug right in the middle of Warhead didn't help Cronos and company at all. Shame everyone can't get on the same Venom page.

I enjoyed myself. But not nearly as much as the guy who got so excited to hear Black Metal that he had to pull his shirt off, then immediately put it back on after.

The big guy in front of you? I saw that, too.

I enjoyed the meandering song intros. Each time, I was thinking, where is he going with this?

I gave some guy an extra Sadistic Ritual patch that I had because his jacket only had one patch on it, and he gave me an extra pair of earplugs. Not exactly a fair trade, but I was desperate.

I would have been more impressed with Necrophagia if that had been a real human head. It just looked like he was playing with Halloween toys the whole set.
