He died earlier today from the throat / pallet cancer he was fighting. Back in Paulding County in the 90's At the Gates were like an exotic fruit, we knew it existed but we couldn't find any. Once at Media Play in Douglasville my friend Adam snagged Slaughter of the Soul before me the only time we ever saw it. Later in 2016 At The Gates played the old Masquerade with Primate. Kevin took me to the show and we went out to Sushi with Tompa before the show. That guy was a legendary rock star and he was easier to hang out with and more humble than some of the swinging dicks on this forum.

I didn't realize what he was going through. Good to know that he was an easy-going guy. RIP.
