With each date added that isn't Atlanta, I die a little.

I imagine the reason why this tour package is not hitting the southeast is because of the price. I just saw At The Gates in San Antonio and learned from Tomas Lindberg that the main reason why the did not come our way is because no one wanted to pay for the tour package. Since At The Gates was predominantly playing House of Blues, 1000-odd capacity, establishments, I find it strange that The Tabernacle or Center Stage did not book this tour. Then again, as I learned from someone touring with them, the southeast just does not support metal on a large enough scale which is why so many tours skip our area.

I saw Carcass open for Napalm Death at the Masquerade. I believe that was 1994, but could be wrong on the date.

Haha, actually a Raleigh date was announced yesterday. So there is still a chance for Atlanta since there are 4 days in between Raleigh and the Austin, TX gig.

That is promising. I, for one, would really like to see Carcass again. I hope it happens.

Actually based on new dates it looks like Atlanta won't happen, but there is a Tampa date on 9/13. It's a Saturday. Road trip anyone?

How long would it take to get to Tampa? Would you drive down the day of the gig?
