Oh this is most excellent news. Black Cobra is a two piece that a lot of people say "fucking kill" or something but I don't really get it. I was a bit bored during their set when I saw them. I haven't heard their album though so yeah...

Cool, I been wanting to see all those bands and have missed them all so far. I might even have the $$ to go this time... hopefully...

Weedeater isn't on the DU show schedule anymore and Royal Thunder has been added. It's seems pretty likely that they cancelled.

Pretty good show, but definitely a different vibe without Weedeater. Royal Thunder's always mellow (they know how to party, too) and Black Cobra was pretty cool again. I haven't kept up with Today Is the Day much lately, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. They had a couple of projectors showing a narrative film throughout their whole set that correlates with the Axis of Eden songs. Some of it was actually pretty interesting.

i thought it was good show overall, well worth the money.
Some girl flipped me off during Royal Thunder because I was sitting down, after having just worked an 11 hour shift in a kitchen.
