This is one was such a good show. Dreaming Dead surprised the hell out of me. I wish I got there early to see them. Krisiun was just as good as ever, but Immolation....oh..........Immolation. Fuck. Yeah. Father, You're Not A Father!

People say that Nile is bad live, but I thought they were really good live.

I got the last new copy of Those Whom the Gods Detest because it was the display...the case was cracked but I didn't care so I got it for $10. The merch guy was cool.

Great show. I missed Rose Funeral and Dreaming Dead but I'll post a full review tomorrow.

HA! If I did you would be all "Why is that 12-year-old boy on stage?"

Great show. I saw probably the last two songs from Krisiun and they sounded great. Of course Immolation was awesome and Nile sounded terrific.

Gene, I will never complain about my commute ever again.

I'll probably be there around 8.
This is funny as hell. Anyone see this going on?

Goddamn people - probably the best show I've seen in hell. I spotted Rob too, necroodin. Awesome guy (a middle school teacher believe it or not). Such a brutal show.

As usual Krisiun and Immolation were on fire. Fucking awesome. Too bad everything started earlier than posted so I could have seen more of Krisiun. And Nile is interesting again! I only stuck around until I heard Serpent Headed Mask (and I still was late for work!) Wish I had caught some of Dreaming Dead.

Nile was so good last night. my ears are still ringing so hard right now. I could barely hear the professor for my first lecture this morning.

This show absolutey killed. I will never grow tired of seeing Immolation live. They very possibly could be my favorite death metal band of all time. Its just fucking evil and brutal. I bought an Immolation shirt and talked to Ross Dolan and Rob Vigna for a minute, nice dudes!

And naturally Nile rocked fucking hard. Execration Text blew my fucking mind.

there were too many fucking power metal pussies from Tennesee and Alabama around me being bitches, telling me not to headbang. faggots!

Yeah I got there right after Krisiun...sucks but oh well. Immolation never disappoints and Nile was good too. Still wish they played Unas though!

There was some chick kinda dancing and she was gettin all up in my space and stepping on my feet so I pushed her into the pit. She freaked and got right back out  and then she pushed me in the pit, so I moshed lol I'm not a pussy!

It was cool seeing everyone, including Matt. Haven't seen him in forever.

I also talked with one of the dudes in Immolation. I told him I saw them at MDF and that they were the first death metal band I ever saw when I was 16 when they toured with Grave. He thought that was pretty cool haha Very nice dude!

All in all, awesome show
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

Horns to that man, getting up at 8:30 this morning after that one was tough as shit. My ears are still ringing from the show.

Nile and Immolation were just incredible, this was most definitely the Death Metal Superbowl of the year.

Great to see all the familiar faces!

Decent, except it was in Hell. It was crowded for sure, but I always wish the bands would get a big enough crowd to play upstairs. Instead there was some reggae/electronica thing? Or something? We were directed to yell "Shut the fuck up" at them repeatedly but it had no effect.

I agree with Tommy, it was one of the best shows I have ever seen at the Masquerade. Immolation are some of the nicest guys I have ever talked to and now one of my favorite live death metal bands. I wanted to hear the self entitled song from Nile's new CD, but they were still amazing. The moshing was just right and very few assholes. All in all that is my kind of Masquerade show. Got myself a pick and a drum stick from Nile and a signed poster from Immolation. The only thing bad about my night is getting pulled over by Baldwin cops for making "an improper left turn". Oh well, not all nights can be perfect.
