Glad ya dig it. I think the band was formed by the bass player because he really wanted to thrashy metal where the bass can be heard.Diana wrote:This thing is a wall of bass. Thanks for the recommend!badcarburetor wrote:Wastelander - Wardrive and 7" demo
I've been obsessed with band for a good year. Just how punk and metal should sound when mixed up.
I hope that the boys from Wastelander get to play here sometime soon.

Nachtmystium - Black Mettles II (or whatever the fuck it's called)
I dig this record. Black Metal dance music is go.
Watain - Lawless Darkness
I love this record. Pretty much perfect BM. There's loads of layers and depth. Primitiveness that's been refined, but not turned into ghey orchestrated epicness.
Anti-Cimex - Country of Sweden
I hate that I spent a large part of my life not playing this record regularly.
Earth - Something about Bees and the Sun or some such shit.
A friend just turned me onto this band and this album. I had ignored this band because for some reason I thought they were Black Sabbath worship. Instead, it's awesome soundtrack styled music that makes me think of sweaty cowboys in dodgy saloons playing cards dramatically. Or something like that. I need this on vinyl, STAT.

Bees Made Honey in the Lion's Skull, and yes, it is a thing to behold. It makes me want to try heroin.badcarburetor wrote: Earth - Something about Bees and the Sun or some such shit.
