Well Living Decay is an alternate if anyone drops out. Then there's still voting by ticket buyers which at the moment stands like this as of last night

Bands were judged on the following criteria which all were well informed of way in advance.
1. Promptness
a. getting to the venue
b. setting up and breaking down your gear
2. Congeniality meaning how well you put your egos aside when dealing with multiple bands on the bill.
3. Promotion self explanatory
4. The music
Of the 6 bands that were in the running for what were the last two local slots.
2 dropped out because of scheduling conflict
2 were tardy
1 band left the venue before even playing (congeniality goes a long way)
1 band left the venue before all bands had played. if a band sits through your set then have courtesy and sit through their set without moaning they suck.
1 band argued about their set time for no reason. (again congeniality)
1 band had a member on this site slagging the fest. How do slag
something you want to play? I don't get it.
Outside of Living Decay posting here and a few MS bulletins the day before no band promoted they were playing. So if you're not promoting yourself that you're playing for a shot on the fest I hardly doubt you're going to promote that you are playing the fest if selected. Because Living Decay has an underage following I gave them the benefit of the doubt and list them as an alternative if anyone drops out.

i don't know who all is in the running but of the bands up there i vote living decay
