Went to fye in the Savannah mall and found:
Kreator - Coma Of Souls
Naglfar - Pariah
Rebaelliun - Burn The Promised Land
Dead To This World - First Strike For Spiritual Renewance
All for about $6 each. Used but in good condition.
Also picked up the new Kataklysm. Heaven's Venom. Its not too too bad. Very listenable.

Heh, yeah, it's the best thing I've ever done. A lot of people who knew me were like "Wow, didn't see that coming", hah.Metalfreak wrote:you joined the Army? Wow I didn't see that coming lol
Kill some terrorists for usseriously though, stay safe
I picked a non-combat MOS, so me killing terrorists is unlikely (although not impossible). Thanks for the safe wishes.
And of course, where ever I may be, I will always have my metal with me. Just because I don't have long hair anymore doesn't mean I turn in my library card, right?

Heh yeah. During my short stint at BCT so far, I haven't had the chance to meet any metal fans yet. One of my drill SGTs likes some metal, but not to the extent as the rest of us.DeadToTheWorld wrote:I too am in the Army. Ive been in for almost 3 years and ive only met hmm....3 true metalheads. What a great way to put it, too!Vhyle wrote:And of course, where ever I may be, I will always have my metal with me. Just because I don't have long hair anymore doesn't mean I turn in my library card, right?
NP: various Xmas tunes of the comedic variety. For some reason, hearing guys getting pissed off about hanging Christmas lights just 'works' for me this time of year.

lol that Blood Fire Death album is totally mine, it's sitting 5 feet from me...unless they had more copies.lsaldana wrote:Heads up, Criminal Records has a couple of early Bathory cd copies.....blood fire death, bathory, hammerheart.....plus two of the 90's ones, i think Requiem and Octagon. Whichever way, they're like $14. It broke my heart to leave Bathory - Bathory behind.....
@Vhyle - dude, you'll always be a metalhead, long hair or not. Show your drill Sgt what real metal sounds like

They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

Yeah, it is. I'd buy it again if it was released in a trade paperback size that I could carry around and actually, like, read.Knucklehead wrote:That's a great book, chief.Brian wrote:not a CD, but just ordered the Celtic Frost/Hellhammer book by Tom G. Merry Christmas to me.
