well IMO they don't sound very grind. they're more like his hero is gone or just really fast hardcore punk than like Nasum or something. Not that i think there's anything wrong with that, even if it is grind its definitely on the punk/hardcore end of the spectrum

get thou's newest album, "summit". its really good. vocals can get a little monotonous at times but its still a really great album.

I would start with Tyrant if your looking to get into Thou, they have so much recorded material it is insane! Looking forward to Dead in the Dirt tonight as well! Getting harder to get out of the house these days.
