I think they said something along the lines of, they're basically offering $10 million dollars worth of vouchers, and once that pool is used up--vouchers no more workey.

That's $10 million per year. The total allocation to free vouchers is $42 million.

all of those vouchers are for lawn seats at big shows I wouldn't go to for free anyways, bull shit like Slipknot and Disturbed
