On one hand I agree, that's one of the best vocal performances of all time (second in Walker's catalog, the guy from New Dark Age being the first) but on the other hand, those songs in some form were originally supposed to be Solstice songs anyway, and we've heard that band with so many vocalists already, one more makes no difference to me.
Abigor/Nightbringer/Thy Darkened Shade/Mortuus - 4 way
Always ravenous for anything Mortuus related. Realized upon first listen that this is really a collaboration rather than a four way split. Can't really think of anything similar that I've ever encountered before. Each band sounds like they always do, but each track sort of flows into the next. Can't quite describe it. Production you would expect from each band still exist, but overall values and mastering meld them all into a single cohesive listening experience. Highly interesting release and sounds so good. Makes me want to revisit some later Abigor that I've completely ignored after being kinda turned off when Fractal Possession first came out.

Sinistrous Diabolus/Spire/Temple Nightside/Grave Upheaval/Antediluvian/Vassafor - Ancient Meat Revived: A Tribute to Cold Meat Industry (makes total sense now that these bands would've listened to this stuff)
Mental Destruction - Straw (inspired me to dust off this old CMI slab, still mind blowing)
Encoffination - III: Hear Me, O' Death
Haunting - Sealed Shut
Living Decay - Filled With Rot/Doomed to Last

Funeral Chant -- Funeral Chant. Released last month in a small run, their demo cassette is already sold out. Hopefully, there'll be a repress.
