I wish metal shows were still as exciting as this

i think the decline in energy at metal shows probably has to do with the music itself. back in the day everybody was riff-heavy and had monster grooves but not anymore. if the music was still as energized as it was back then the shows would still be that wild. like when morbid angel played earlier this year. that was wild and crazy the whole time b/c they only played old material.

That whole show was awesome. That is probably the best concert of the year for me.

Definitely the best metal show of the year for me. I think the best metal show for me ever is Cryptopsy 04.

cryptopsy in 05 you mean nealipoo.... that was a great show, very memorable to eat the worm, it would be very difficult to pick the best show ive ever seen... a lot of good bands to compare with... in recent years.... too much good metal!!!
