In my experience, if I ever travel a long distance to see a band, they usually end up playing here a few months later. Since they tour with non-bm/extreme bands (like Jesu) that probably increases the chance they'll come back round' these here parts.
Yeah I mainly listen to that when I drive

It grew on me A LOT

But I lost the cd.....it has to be somewhere in my house though. lol

Yeah, I'm sure this isn't going to be my only opportunity to see either of the bands. But, I really like both of these bands and it would be great to see them the same night. I also I wanna see Nachtmystium while Zack is still their touring drummer.

I haven't heard "Two Hunters," but I have listened to "Diadem of Twelve Stars" a lot. I understand that TH is a little more straightforward black metal than DOTS.

I just received Two Hunters yesterday in the mail. I haven't had a chance to listen to it yet.

If everything works out, I'm going to catch this show in Lansing.

Oh I just realized that's the date after I am gonna see them. That's quite a drive? Anyways, I think I'm gonna make a trip out of this and catch Zoroaster and Sourvein on the way back down (Nashville). Is anyone gonna be at that?

I will have like no money after this. I mean, all I am paying for is gas and a room for one night so I am hoping it won't be over $150. I am gonna have to go through Nashville when I come back so why not stop while I am going through for a $10 show?

I did that in Florida one year.. made a week out of it.. saw Nocturnus, Misery Index, Kataklysm and someone else, than two nights later on the other side of the state saw Origin, Nile and some others. Spent the remainder of the time eating painpills and cruising up and down the coast.

Yeah it would be most excellent if someone could point me to where I can get at some Percocet.

minus the pain pills (I'm not into pills), that sounds really cool!

At the Megadeth show a few years back, I met this group of people who traveled a great area for 10 days or so, they went to so many shows in that time including Ozzfest (this was the one where Dimmu, Slayer and Judas Priest played). Megadeth was on their way back. I wish I could spend a week just driving and going to shows and seeing other shit along the way! 8)

I am glad I made the 6+ hour trek to this one. Nachtmystium was good but WIITR was fucking awesome. Nachtmystium played like 4 songs off of Assasins, 3 from Instinct and one from their first album. They also did a Motorhead cover and a cover of GG Allin's "I kill Everything I Fuck." I don't remember how long WIITR played as I was put into a trance but you know they probably played like 5 epic songs or something. They "totally sold out" and have a bass player...it's Ross from Impaled. Lawl.

They didn't really talk to the crowd or anything, but I wouldn't have noticed that if that wasn't brought up. I think it would be kinda odd for them to like make jokes and shit as it would kinda snap you out of the trance you were put in or whateh. There was a light on the drummer and they had bottled smoke and a bunch of candles.
