How have I forgotten UK's Adorior fronted by Melissa, she of Jaded Lungs. "Author Of Incest" is not only one of the most repulsive albums ever created, but also one of the most devastating. And having seen them live, she most certainly delivers.
Also just discovered a BM band from Peru called Deathskull. Tour De Garde has a demo from 2007 titled "Annihilation of the Pig." Add to that Goat Semen, Evil Damn (Peruvian BM), Anal Vomit, Malicious Death, Morbid Goat Fornicator (Chile)...
There has to be some Mexican BM bands...I think NWN! Prods. put out an LP by a one-man project called Xibalba, but you would have to check.
