Wish there were more straight-up metal bands on the tour, but this night will be killer.

Nightrage killed tonight.
I was so bummed that they played for such a short amount of time, though.
& Hell Within was pretty sweet.

All the bands seemed like they were being rushed by an unseen force. Had a good first exposure to Nightrage, but God Dethroned had the set of the night. An excellent Tuesday evening.

Epoch of Unlight was awful because they played everything too fast & nothing synched up. I felt pretty bad for them.
Nightrage didn't seem rushed, I just thought they didn't play very many songs.
We left after Nightrage to catch the bus home. I'm sorry to hear that God Dethroned was so awesome.

I agree on the Epoch.. I saw them open for Samael and it was like watching two different bands, which it essentially is I guess. When I first walked in they had just started I think and I didn't even recognize the song until it was almost done, and I'm like "Oh. This is Epoch of Unlight". I'm too sure what I thought about the bassist wandering around either. If they all seemed like they were having a blast maybe, but it just gave me weird vibes. I hope someone from here witnessed this weird band downstairs. We heard these horrible noises, and had to go in to see what made them.. and it was some odd mime/goth/transexual band. Quite possible the weirdest scene I'd ever seen gathered. That was my first experience with Nightrage aside from a song, and I was pretty impressed. I'd never heard Hell Within either, it's not really my cup of tea but it wasn't bad for what they did. I really can't say enough though how much God Dethroned impress me.

I heard Lilitu covered a Faith No More song. Anyone know what it was, or if they did?

Yeah...I still don't know who you are.
Unless I know you and just didn't know who you were on the board...

Ya, we have never met. I'll just shout out, TELL US OF THE POO, at the next show, and I will look for a incoming female trailing fire.

Pretty much, out of the three females that were there, I was not the nu-metal girl hanging out with glow stick boy, nor was I the older woman in the Metallica shirt.
It shouldn't be hard to narrow down from there.
Hahaha.

Wow, Alex woke me up with a text message that said "Theres a guy with a glowstick in the pit" and I thought he was joking. He also said Lilitu called the audience fags...I believed that more than the guy with the glowstick!
