I'm getting my wisdom teeth 4 days before this.

You think I'll have any problems?

Some people say it hurts for a week and some people say it barely hurts aftewards.

I had my last 3 wisdom teeth taken out about a month ago now. For the first 2 days I was in pain. Especially on the first day, that day was horrible. If you take the painkillers that will take away a lot of the pain. I'm pretty sure you will be fine by the time of the show. Mine mainly hurt because my doctor told me it was infected before. So even though my mouth was numb, I guess it was touching a nerve. Either way it was making me buckle. The other two teeth didn't hurt at all. It mainly feels wierd because you have a doctor yanking around your numb jaw to get out your tooth. After words, it is was just swollen.

It depends. I had all 4 of mine taken out a few years ago. 3 of them were perfectly fine and did not give me any problem whatsoever. One of them got a dry socket and then that got infected and I couldn't chew for a month. Shitty luck with that tooth I guess. That's pretty rare so you should be fine.

and like Gene said, the first 2 days can be painful. Just take your painkillers and sleep for that whole time. :D After that it should be good to go!

dude...mine hurt like hell afterwards but i imagine the fact that i was 32 when i had it done opposed to having it done in my teens made it alot more painful. The fucked up thing is that advil helped more than the painkillers did. go figure.

Mixed responses...well I'm going to 3 shows between now and next Friday so I might not even want to go to the Marduk show.

If I'm feeling good/don't have too much homework, I'll go but this show isn't really essential for me. I could take it or leave it.

Thanks for the responses though. :D

My wisdom teeth were fully erupted, which makes a difference. I felt kinda of shitty for the first day or two, but it wasn't all that bad.

You should reconsider about this show. I have it from a reliable source that Marduk haven't done a full-blown tour of the States since the '90's. God knows when they will come around again.

I'm rescheduling my wisdom teeth for later on because I have a test to study for and a research paper...plus I wanna try to get somewhere with this girl this weekend.

Still gonna skip this...I'm tired from Municipal Waste/Ensiferum/Eluveitie. I'll recover until Pig Destroyer/Torche.
