I use mine quite a bit. Mostly, I use it instead of a channel switcher. I just switch to the neck pickup and roll back the volume.Focalor wrote:Eh, volume knobs are overrated anyway.
If you're gonna pay that much money for a guitar, chances are you can probably afford a good volume pedal. We're talkin' metal guitars here. The only two volume settings you really need are "full-blast" and "off".
That said, if I had a volume pedal and if I ever hooked up the channel switcher for my amp I'd use the volume knob a lot less.
I just thought it was cool that this guitar has it all the way at the bottom of the guitar, out of the way, instead of an inch away from the strings like some guitar makers do.
